Viocity REIT is pleased to announce a January 2017 Distribution of $0.0583 per Viocity REIT class 'A' unit (7% per annum). The Distribution is payable to all unit holders who owned Viocity REIT units as of January 1st, 2017 and will be paid on our next distribution date, February 15th, 2017.
All investors who have opted to participate in our voluntary DRIP (Distribution Re-Investment Plan) will see the purchase of additional Viocity REIT class 'A' units credited to their account instead of receiving a cash distribution. A reminder your DRIP preference can be changed at anytime using the Viocity DRIP form that can be found in our Documents section of the website.
