Several Viocity REIT clients over the last 6 months have reported not receiving some or all of their monthly client statements. Working with our software partner an issue was discovered and a temporary work around was deployed successfully over the weekend of October 27/28th, 2018. Once we finish some further testing of this release we will be able to re-run monthly statements for clients who have not received them. Over the next few days and completing by Friday November 2nd, 2018 all clients should receive any and all missing 2018 statements from Viocity REIT.
If AFTER Friday November 2nd, 2018 you are still missing any statements please contact us and let us know at 1.855.659.5959 or via email. We apologize for this inconvenience, going forward the work around should ensure all clients receive the monthly statements. We will also continue to work with our software partner on the permanent solution, implementation currently scheduled for February 2019. Statements are typically issued two week after month end, so currently for 2018 all clients should have January thru September. The October 2018 statements will be issued by November 12th, 2018.
